Welcome to our website

Fàilte gu ar làrach-lìn

A warm welcome to the Ullapool High School community. I hope that you find our website useful. Hopefully, it will also provide you with a flavour of what makes our school so special.

We are passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every young person (right holder) feels supported, inspired, and empowered to have big dreams and soaring aspirations. We aim to treat pupils (right holders) as individuals and provide a caring and creative environment which supports young people (rights holders) to give their best, and to take advantage of a range of opportunities which develop skills for learning, life, and work.

Our ability to meet the needs and aspirations of our young people (right holders), depends on us as duty bearers working in partnership with pupils, parents, and the wider community. The school serves a diverse community - it is important that everyone feels valued and connected.

Ullapool High School is a place where our young people (right holders) are at the heart of everything, and we are excited to work with our entire school community to continue building on our successes.
